This project used exclusive survey and interview data to glean insights into working practices and organisational structures in the 2020-21 Covid-19 period.

Our investigation found that technical aspects of organisational cohesion remained generally strong but that participants observed deterioration in personal and tacit workplace behaviour during the period.

This project contributes to emergent Covid-19 retrospective studies and broader crisis management analyses.
